• This site offers online sales of handmade jewelry and related lapidary items.  Placing an order constitutes and agreement to these terms and conditions and associated policies.  These terms may be updates without notice,
• Key Terms:

                       Product:  Handmade item available for purchase

• Products are handmade: minor natural variations in color, size, pattern, stones, or finish are expected and are not defects.  Minor dents or blemishes to copper and other metals are results of the wire wrapping/production process, and are not defects.
• Images are for illustration, colors may vary due to lighting conditions during photography, and may also vary by screen/device used for viewing.
• We reserve the right to cancel/refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.
• Pricing is subject to change.  Taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is accepted by credit card only via online pay links through GoDaddy commerce.  We do not store or have access to full card details.
• Shipping from purchases made at allpickedup.com is to continental US only,  Buyers outside the continental US must contact All Picked Up directly if they wish to make a purchase.  Once approved the buyer will be sent an online pay link that covers the additional costs.  Orders made from outside the continental US without approval will be refunded and no product will be shipped.
• Products made by All Picked Up are not mass produced.  Each is one of a kind and you will receive the exact item you order unless there is an error in shipping (see return and refund policy)
• Handling time is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
• Handle with care:  Handmade jewelry is made with materials that can easily be misshapen or damaged with improper handling or use.  All Picked up is not responsible for repairing jewelry that has been damaged from being dropped or mishandled.  Metal can be polished with gentle pressure.  Do not expose to chemicals or wear in chemical environments such as swimming pools.  This could damage the metal and/or the stone.
